No affiliation, but Tom (owner) is interested/motivated in selling the vehicle. I'm confident he would entertain an offer in the mid to upper $40's range
I flew down & took a look at this van a short while ago (just prior to purchasing my Sportsmobile). Roadtrek has a good reputation, and this vehicle was in great condition - just needed top painted and the side skirts (about $2500 to do both). The rest of the body, interior, and engine were all in great shape. Initially the project I took under consideration would consist of adding a 6" lift (about $3,500 + new shocks at $1500), New off-road wheels & tires (about $3000), Aluminess front $ rear bumpers w/rear box and lights (about $6000). So for $15,500 in upgrades I felt I would have a pretty nice 4x4 camping van...with an interior toilet, shower, and 4 forward facing captains seats. If anyone is interested in converting - this website can provide an idea of what initially motivated me (pic's of another that had been converted)
