No affiliation. Somewhat of a minimalist conversion.
Penthouse top w/electrical lift, queen-size bed, windows with screens and shades.
Leather Gaucho w/ 4 seatbelts, converts to queen-size bed, storage underneath.
Cabinet w/ two deep drawers and one large cabinet, plus built-in Norcold refrigerator/freezer.
Door Galley: unfolds to create counter space, can be used on the door, or removed for use around camp. Folding table, stores under gaucho.
Stainless Steel Cook Partner double-burner stove with fiberglass propane tank.
12V electrical system w/ converter/charger. House battery charges via alternator or plug-in.
Swivel-seat on passenger side. Swivel-seat for driver side included but not installed.
Window shades for all windows and LED interior lights. Porch light.
Loncoin marine flooring
Rear ladder, powder coated bumper, alloy wheels, and four-season tires.

Love that door addition. Looks Like a nice 2wd van.

Wow, nice build but that van is only worth about 14. I don't see $30k+ in that conversion by a far stratch, maybe 15k. Of course, it's in the PNWet so they may get it.
I wonder if they knew you could get tintable bedliner for that roof so it could've been silver instead of black?

What was the asking price?
They do appear to cost more, as a norm, in the NW than in other locales.

$14k? Are you high? The van itself is worth over $10k. Then add the top and the basic interior.
Now, that said, not sure it's worth $30k either, but the ad is gone.

I think he was adding the two numbers: van worth $14k + $15 for conversion = final price $29k

Oh, that makes sense! Was the guy asking $45k? Then he's high not Eric.
