$15k special
I built this rig myself, and I'm selling It at my cost to you. Comes with over 1000 watts of solar. (5000 watt battery bank) 50 gallon gravity fed or pressurized water tank. Induction, and propane cooking, fiberglass propane tank with my heater, pullout fridge, and freezer under countertop. Outside shower, sink, and queen size memory foam pullout bed. The rear window is removed to house a window ac which the solar can easily handle with extra energy left over for all your fridge freezer induction needs.
Located in Idaho and runs great. I have the seats if you want to put them in. Otherwise just remove the bed cushion and bolt a racecar seat to the steel frame underneath. This rig has a massive amount of space for storage in this orientation since the whole couch/bed is empty underneath. Because the bed doubles as the drivers seat the it gave an addition 3 feet for the build in the back. It's one of a kind, And and is legal to drive.

So you just sit on a plywood bed with no backrest to drive it?
That will not be legal in California!

Also most curious about when the water tank is half full, you have t oslam on the brakes and 200lbs of water sloshes forward.

There is sufficient space between the bed and the dash to reach the pedals. And you can rest your back on a removable racecar seat. sometimes I just sit on the bed and drive which is not legal in most if not all states. If I'm driving far i can bolt a seat to the steel frame underneath the bed which is bolted to the van itself. Specifically the law states you must have a backrest coming halfway up the back and some sort of restraint. Both of these are easy to accomplish after moving the cushion and placing it on one of the two countertops. And bolting a seat with a harnes to that. As for the water tank I keep it empty while driving for the reason stated above. This thing is designed to be a house first an a car second. I'm running 1000 lb cold press juicer, induction, shower, fridge, freezer, ac and hardly making a dent in my available power or water while company chills on the couch. The van is gas 5.4 automatic with regular service. Year is 2000 and I'm the second owner. Very well kept.

Apparently it hasn't been driven much. This may be your best selling point.
Good luck, it's definitely a unique van.

I am the only person to ask fiberine to reinforce their top with steel on the sides. Which serves the same purpose as wood with the added benefit of being able to magnetize anything to the walls. I don't know how to flip my pictures but you can see the painting is held by magnets. I use these to hold my kitchenware, papers, anything nearly

The reason for the water tank hanging over the front is a net can be attached and can be a nice spot to sit and enjoy the view.
