I might be, but if you have newer Nissan Patrol you must be in Canada?

If anyone likes the old ones, a neighbor of mine has one for sale as well. Man is that thing simple, or should I say primitive? It's basically a steel box with a bit of padding where seats would go in a normal car, has a bit of glass across the front and a straight six motor that has a stroke longer than the wheelbase, hence it has a redline around 75 rpm and makes enough torque to be used as a forklift motor. Which, funnily enough is what they did use them for.... Couple that with a 3 speed manual transmission and I think you could cross the prairies faster in a conestoga. Not with nearly as much class mind you, but faster.

I bet the driver in that video soiled his seat.

Re: 1966 Nissan Patrol.

I dunno if he shit himself or not, but he seemed to know exactly when to give it gas to keep him from getting into some serious trouble. Im guessing it was either pure luck, or hes spent a lot of time playing on that hill.

I forwarded this to another buddy here and he had already gone to look at it. he was hoping to pick it up as a tow rig for his laurel, but said it was rusted pretty bad.

That's a really cool video! Props to the driver for sure. I think he would have made it to the top, too, if the other truck wasn't in the way.
