That is a funky, but intriguing build, and yes, that is a very interesting raised top. the paint scheme is kinda cool IMO.

LOL - pretty sure that top is a recycled row boat. Interior dinette even has a hull-like build quality to it.

Funky for sure. And yet.... like a moth to a flame, I find myself oddly attracted to it.
