This has been for sale for the past... 3, 4, 5, 6 months on local craigslist.

For it to have been around this long there's probably something wrong with it. If I had to start pointing fingers and speculating, we'll just start with the suspension and ask why it looks that the front is riding 4" higher than the rear when its unloaded.
I'd say the cons are that it's got a sliding door, the body has damage, and it's got a home-brew, no-name conversion that (no offense...) looks kinda strange. Are squat vans now a thing after squat trucks?
At the $26K price point I could find a mint passenger 7.3 with better options and still afford to send it to MG or Agile for a brand new, properly done conversion...
Wasn't long ago that there was a 150K mile royal blue 2002 7.3 RB for $8K in Minnesota somewhere. Looked like a garage queen. Had every power option (to include keypad/keyless entry), except for maybe a power drivers seat.
