If you shop awhile or read here on on Expo you'll start seeing this. Javier or 'Crow's' is a guy/shop that takes high mileage vans and converts them to 4wd and resells them. They are almost always really high miles. I'm no engineer but many say his homebrew 4wd conversion is iffy, scary, dangerous, etc. I've also heard a few people say it was fine.
Other hallmarks of Javier's work are steps that always look just like those, albeit most are not so white.
He does a lot of blingy bumpers, lightbars and other stuff too.
His vans are always San Diego area unless they are resells and I've heard the work is actually done south of the border.
Someone here will probably correct or clarify some of my info.
