No problem. Despite buying my own SMB earlier this year I still can't keep myself from checking craigslist to see what else is out there. It seems like a well sorted van will the popular RB50 layout and everything most people would need.
I'd let some of the senior members comment on price. The price seems a little high to me given it's age but the low miles will definitely demand a premium. For comparison, earlier this summer, I paid $10k less for a 2002 with the 7.3 diesel and 75k miles. Mine was a one owner van as well and in excellent condition. My only suggestion would be to move quickly if you're interested.
Price is a bit high. However, the V10 is a good engine and would be my choice over a diesel. That said, if it’s what you want, make a strong offer and see if they take it. Not many people selling and not a lot of people buying but that’s a good rig.
Yeah, that's a bummer. I had the same thing happen to me on the first van I tried to buy so I know your disappointment. Buying one of these vans for a fair price is competitive. I learned that you have to show up in person, ready to buy on the spot if it's what you want. Keep looking, you'll eventually find what you want.
