Few things to note:

- I've seen and driven this van. It's in really great shape. Runs drives perfect.
- Notable issues: House batteries need replaced, rear AC unit non functional, some minor body damage.
-No propane hook up. Has fridge, microwave, rear shower.
- Owner has told me he wouldn't sell for less than 39k so I imagine that is what his reserve is at. Seems high to me.
- Someone in another thread said he bought the van on ebay as 2wd for less than 15k.

I'd guess he's trying to recoup all the money he's put into rig.

$15K vehicle
~$15K 4x4 conversion
~$1K new tires
~$3K - $4K in repairs
~$1K for new stereo
~$6K- $7K for Aluminess bumpers (they look new, so I'm assuming they're new)

The significant downside to investing a lot of money into a used rig is that the add-ons tend to get depreciated down to the age of the vehicle, not the age of the improvements.

in my opinion 39K will be not a great deal but it is a fair price for both -buyer and seller.....

Bidding ended at $34,100 last night and reserve was not met. I was surprised it mad it up that far. The last time he listed it is only went to $29k. He'll prob get his asking price of $39k with a little persistence. I'm surprised he hasn't listed it anywhere except for 2 ebay auctions?!?
