PleasureWay makes/made a similar "Westy" layout camper. I've seen a couple in use.

Full disclosure. I have a 1999 GTRV Westy (on the E350 Super Duty chassis with the v10) so very familiar with these camper conversions.

IMO the finish quality is very good & the one for sale looks well taken care of.
