Wonder if this was one of those Vans that popped up on this Forum a while back that originally had a big telescopic pole which popped up through the rear of the roof...a communications van of some sort. I recall the roof having a large recess in the back as pictured with this one.

The ones i have seen with that type of roof and a generator were all old television news vans. They had retractable antennas mounted in that recessed area. Personally i think the guy is expecting a bit much for it.

I agree, as usual a #vanlife price on an otherwise affordable home build. It does have a lot going for it though, especially the low miles. That may be one of the lowest mileage vans ever offered here. If you add up the price of a V10 van with that few miles and a 4x conversion you are probably at a legitimate $40k. The question is if the rest is worth the difference.

Also, I have never in my life seen an outdoor receptacle like that (opens at an angle). Am I alone?
