I really want to like these.. but I don't. Rear entry is weird, no dedicated bed space, so you have to unpack/repack your bed every night/morning while camped.
That said, this looks like an excellent example!

That thing is sweet, but I agree Robb. I went round and round about this before buying my MH and I'm really happy with my choice. Mine isn't 4x but it could be. Also, Chinook quality is probably better but so far I've failed at trying to tear it apart on washboard roads. It's only about 3' longer than the Chinook and it has a side entry and a slide. Also, it weighs in at 10,700# and gets 11 mpg. I feel I outsmarted the Chinook, mostly, though it weighs about 1k less.
Sorry for getting off topic. As far as Chinooks go there is a guy on Expo who has been building one of these with the super rare side door entry. It's awesome!

While surfing the web, I found this one. It's not listed as a 4wd, but one of the photos indicate it might be......

Definitely 4x4. What gives? These things used to never come around and that makes 3 or more I've seen lately.

This Chinook is in Albuquerque, I looked at it yesterday. $49,500. 4x4 conversion done by Salem - never heard of them but supposedly sent to them by Chinook. After looking at it, I decided to keep my E350.
