That was for sale a while back.. Would be a great start for a homebuilder, but not at that price!

I dunno about the price being "insane." A penthouse is $10-12K. Now you're at $37K. I'm not sure how much the Quigley system is worth. Maybe $12K? So now you're at $25K for a 7.3 with only 60K miles. That does seem steep but then again, they're kind of hard to find. For the right buyer, having the penthouse and 4x4 might be worth the premium.

He’s overpriced but down from the $60k he was asking originally. I do think van prices are high but I also think they are moving more mainstream. I’m 35 and my generation has a pretty good love of vans because of the utility and useability.

Also, the pricing is dictated by cost to replicate. A 4x4 diesel with a pop top and low miles is always worth $35k because you can’t duplicate it for less. Not very many people can build interiors, swap motors etc like people on this forum can.

Fair price for a well kept, well equipped 7.3 van, I don't see the need for hate.

Yeah, let's not hate on the price, just the mirrors.
