Why is the driver seat different?

And are SMB standard seats Recaro?

Headrest is adjustable on the driver's seat. Yes, I know that's how it's different, not why, but that's all I got.

Looks like a nice rig. Layout would work for us. Alas, the price wouldn't.

I traded emails with the dude.. Drivers seat is a race recaro with custom leather, matches the custom leather on the two other seats and gaucho. All seats have his company logo embroidered. Seems like a nice guy, seems like a very high price.

What do you think would be a fair price on this rig?

It's built like the guy wanted to make a 12,000lb van into a racecar.

Well...I bought it. It's real nice inside. Made more sense than trying to do my own home build at this time.

Believe it or not, these vans can be made to handle well and be fun to drive. I actually wish I had more supportive seats. My elbows get sore from bracing against the door and armrest. And its always fun watching passenger grasp wildly for the oh-$hit handle that doesn't exist

Compared to the van, our V6 Camry is a wallowing pig and slower too.
