2001 GTRV Westy poptop, 112,000 miles, $26,500 SoCal

Not mine, but this is a really good value for a nice low mileage GTRV.

Great find. I messaged seller, going to try to take a look this weekend.

Do you guys think this could tow a ski boat over long distances? I drive from San Diego to WA in the summer, all the way up the I-5, definitely some grades along the way.

Of course it depends on the weight of the boat. I see this is an E150, which will be on the lighter side of the E-series towing capacity. But you will have to get this vehicle's current "curb" weight, and know the weight of your boat. With these in hand you can determine whether this will safely tow it or not.

I heard back from seller, will take a look this weekend. My boat is pretty light, probably 4500# including trailer. I asked seller if he could provide weight of van and I will reach out to GTRV as well.

Maybe I could just swap all the GTRV stuff into my 7.3? Haha.

Great! It's a very nice looking van for sure. Would love to see more shots of the interior.

The listing was just edited and it now states that its a 4.6. Not sure how well that motor will do towing, but I imagine it won't be the greatest experience if you plan on towing much with it.

Yeah, I messaged the seller as well and ruled it out for that reason. Seems like I'm either too picky or there is always something ...

I do want the option to tow though.
