2002 7.3L (former) ambulance

No affiliation. Seems a little over-priced, but who knows? Has what appears to be a low-budget homebrewed conversion.

-------------------------------------------------

2002 Ford E350 diesel fire ambulance converted to camper van. One of the three best years of the legendary 7.3L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel designed to run 999K miles. Big Red has only 72K original miles. Second Owner. 17 mpg highway. Could easily run BioDiesel. 2WD.

New serpentine belt, power steering pump, Firestone Transforce All Terrain Tires, windshield, AC, batteries, ball joint, sway bars, repacked wheel bearings, brake booster, fresh oil, air and fuel filter changes.

Insulated floor, walls, ceiling. Sustainable materials including beetle kill tongue and groove pine. Queen size bed with 5" mattress and removable machine washable covers. Table with removable leg completes the platform bed. Lots of storage. Skylight creates 5'9" standing space. Two way vent fan, overhead lights, reading sconce lights, three 12 volt outlets, two 110V outlets when rig is connected to an outlet (on outside of van), 4 batteries. 2 burner stove, kitchen dishes (including crock pot so you can cook on the road), camp chairs and table are all included so you have everything needed to hit the road! Sink has a bucket underneath accessible from small outside door.

Vehicle is currently in NM. It drives awesome and I've had two mechanics who own 7.3L's tell me it sounds better than theirs.

Selling it only because we've moved off the mainland US.

I paid $14K in CA where it is from and have put another$12K into it.
Selling it for $23K

The legend of the 7.3 continues...............The engine that won the west!!

Pretty rig, but I don't think knotty pine quite adds up to 12k, unless he's got 5000 Watts of competition audio buried in there some place.
