Without actually inspecting it in person and purely based on the specs and pictures this is an awesome buy at that price. I just paid about double that for an 03 with 91k miles and felt good about the price.

At that price, there's plenty of margin to budget for an upgraded transmission.

Sliding door... while not high on the list of desirability it does work...

Fair price, maybe a tad on the higher end for the lack of factory installed options.

Shortcomings for me would be:

1) Sliding door (will not clear wider tires).
2) Regular, not extended body (opinions on that are split, it's a trade-off).
3) miles on chassis, but at that price, you can afford to replace some things.

That's a decent price, but not also that unusual for a well used 2wd van.

Given its a 2002, any issues with drive train from that time.

Just the auto transmission. Generally needs a rebuild around those mileage if it wasnt already rebuild or replaced.
