Factory Toyota seats? If so what year and trim package? How hard are they to find and what do they go for?

The reclining seats are optional on some trims. I think only standard on the top trim. Try a search here.... lots of details about compatibility and bases. Michael aka MGMetalWorks designed bases for them, but sold his seat base business. I think U-Joint still sells them however. Seems like tan seats come up here for sale every once a while, but the grey is a little more rare.

I think most of the mobility converters sell them too as new take-outs.

Garage
Take a look at my build thread, if you like. The Siennas are really comfortable rear seats. I like taking a nap in mine.
