I wondered the same thing. How does he get so many low milage vans? The cynic in me suspects odometer swapperoo.

Fwiw, mine os a base model. Only option it has is air conditioning. Power windows means nothing when camping. Who wants to turn the key on just to roll the window down?

Me! . I am with 86Scotty. Cruise and power locks for the four door locks = mandatory

3 of 4 of my Vans have been full power options the current one didn't have cruise control when I bought it but I added that and whoever said power windows during camping yeah they're not needed, true, manual windows are fine. My AC is cold, my heat is hot, I upgraded my seats to newer cloth seats and even had to replace the motor... I'm happy as could be.

I'm with Ray, Joe. Power windows are a must. Otherwise you can't roll down the passenger side when you're driving.

One thing I think is ironic is that I feel like my build thread hurt my chances of selling my vehicle while people would be happy to go pick up these conversions that no one could tell you anything about.

So with that in mind, if you have the slightest chance of selling your rig, don't start a build thread, even if it's about taking the van from zero to hero.

As well all know or are aware Javier/Crow's 4x4 vans are basically turn and burns. You'll end up getting a hack job most the time… I think most people that end up buying them would also drive what I call a bro truck. You know the big lifted trucks with 20" rims and massive tires that never see dirt. My guess is most of his vans just roll on the pavement and take longer to brake but the ones that end up being used as intended usually break pretty fast, with in the first year… Just my 2 cents I could be way off base...
