2004 Quigley 4x4 e350 6.0 diesel 145k San Diego $17500 obo

Supposedly bullet proofed 6.0 rear air too.

I'm guessing he'll take $15k.

Not a bad deal.

Add pop top and smb interior for $35k and your at $50k total.

With all the new items, especially at the front of the van, I have to wonder if there was a front end collision.

I think you may be right about collision damage. But sounds like he took the opportunity to make a lot of good upgrades. These vans are pretty easy to rebuild. I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as a competent shop did all the engine work.

The upgraded trans makes me wonder if it was/is chipped though. The stock T/C can take a LOT of torque so there isn't much reason to upgrade them normally. Also, the TorquShift rarely fails unless its been boosted a LOT. The other upgrades point that direction too, but I'd be worried if it doesn't have ARP head studs if it is/was chipped.

Looks pretty good anyway. Just FYI for anyone considering it, I think it's probably an XL trim, which means no power windows or door locks, and probably not cruise control either unless it was bought as an option.

Leap of faith.... I purchased this awesome Quigley last week for 16,500.00 It's everything that the seller said it is. I flew down to San Diego and drove it back to the bay area and have been daily driving it since then. It runs absolutely perfect... It's so tight, not a squeak or rattle. i can't beleive it has 145k miles.

The guy I bought it from owns Beach City Bronco's and is a very respected Early Bronco Restorer. He put a ton of work into this van to get it to where it is at.

After reading all the negative postings on the 6.0 I was a bit paranoid that I made a mistake. This van has been Bullet Proofed with an EGR and Oil Cooler amongst other work. It really runs awesome. My biggest concern is not knowing when it will need injectors.

I've already added a sofa bed, ordered bushwacker flares, installed a Aluminess ladder, defender rack and nerfs. Saving my $$ for future aluminess bumpers.

I'll have pictures up of it soon!
