Yup this is a crows aka zavier 4x4. Built in Tijuana. If the 4x4 got a good bill of health I’d be inclined to pay $30k. As with all 4x4 conversions if you’re willing to learn & improve on past mistakes which it seems he has... he may someday lose his bad rep for shoddy work. I’ve seen a handful of crows in the last 6 months with good conversions.
