Seems like a good price for a Quadvan conversion.

He does claim it needs exhaust manifold gaskets. I hate it when sellers know of problems and expect the buyer to buy as-is and fix the issue. Still, seems like a good price if that's all that is wrong.

THE VAN - 2006 Ford E 350 Super Duty 6.0 L. diesel with 129,000 miles. This is a cargo style van with windows at the side and back doors. It has a heavy duty rubber cargo mat covering/ protecting the entire floor, vinyl front buckets and one bench seat in the rear, full tow package including trailer brakes, AC, cruise, power windows, cd player. This van has a few small imperfections on the body, nothing major at all. I am the third owner and have driven this van in British Columbia, Oregon, and all over Washington, this van has always performed very well getting my friends and I to the places we want to go and back safely. Since I have owned this vehicle I have put new rear brakes, a new EGR valve, had the transmission flushed as well as routine oil changes at Ford. It currently needs exhaust manifold gaskets. This van has always ran strong and provided the confidence you would expect out of 1 ton 4x4.

If something like exhaust gaskets or even manifolds need replacing would 'nt you rather work out a discount with the seller then have the job done with you holding the warranty?

Actually, no. A problem like that could be masking a more serious problem, and then I'm left holding the bag.
