Re: 2006 E350 4x4 in Idaho
Herb, if you take your computer monitor and turn it on it's side you'll be able to tell that it is an SMB interior, I'm pretty sure at least. I'm having to do a lot of this monitor flipping these days. I'm not sure why people can't preview their pics before they post them, or do they just assume it's everyone else's problem to see the pics of not. Seems like an strange sales tactic to sell something to me.

Re: 2006 E350 4x4 in Idaho
Could be an SMB interior, but I though SMB (or maybe just SMBw?) went away from the all-Oak look long before 2006.
Rear bumper doesn't look like Aluminess, though it might be a custom Aluminess unit. Front bumper I'm not sure about.
Passenger side doors are interesting, with no windows.

Re: 2006 E350 4x4 in Idaho
he converts those vans to 4wd and fabs the bumpers (and whatever else youd like) in house there in idaho falls.
i started a thread a while back with a few closeups of the conversion on another van they converted. a little more info, along with some notes from the gent who does the actual conversion work here: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=14037

Ahh, I see your point. It sure does look like SMB's work inside though, with the T-molding and the shapes of cabinets, hardware, etc. Even the upholstery style looks exactly like older SMB. I wonder if it's possible the interior was taken from an older SMB and put in to this one? If it was a good clean donor I can see this being worth it for someone. A lot of their hardware is hard to replicate, like the dinette/bed frames, which look exactly like SMB from the size and shape.

Re: 2006 E350 4x4 in Idaho
It is a SMB with an odd interior for sure. It started life as a 2 wheel drive. I can tell you for sure that the bumpers are not Aluminess. Knock offs of some sort. They work but the high quality of Aluminess is not there.
