Yeah, I have no intention of flipping it, in fact, with the age of my kids (6yo and 2yo) I only see us using it more in the future.

Think its great you managed to snag that Rig ! It was a fantastic deal...believe you left many disappointed buyers in the wake of your good fortune.

Initially, I hesitated posting the link because I came across a similar one a month or two prior that was a "salvage" due to flooding - hence the remark on the original posting about "investigating" because of the unusually low price.
