Not bad, and a great layout for two people. Plenty of hangout space if the weather turns bad.
If I were in the market, I'd offer in the high $50's, and budget $5K for some preventative engine maintenance, and also leave some margin to throw on some Aluminess bumpers. Well, maybe an RIP kit too.

Did anybody notice the bench in the back? It's along the side of the van in one picture and in another picture it appears to be perpendicular just like a passenger van bench seat.

It's funny because he's try to sell it as a bed, which it's not since the back is missing to flip out so a full size human can sleep on it. But I guess it would be great for small kids.
