I'm actually looking for a 2wd smaller Sportsmobile-like vehicle (144 sprinter with penthouse? Maybe a van with penthouse? Low budget, reliable, needs to seat* and sleep four )

Anyone know the "rules of buying high mile SMB"? E.g. any thoughts on staying away from x brand or only buy Y models.
