Gauging some interest in selling my Sprinter conversion by Outside Van. If you're not familiar with these vans take a look around their site: http://www.outsidevan.com/vans.php

They do excellent work!

Here are the list of options.

2007 Mercedes 3.0L Diesel
Shiftable automatic transmission
125K miles (I've owned since 78k miles)
All maintenance records included: rear diff changed twice, trans fluid changed twice, oil and fuel filter changes at 5k-10k miles air filters replaced every 15k miles, glow plugs replaced at 100k miles. Pads and rotors replaced at 115k miles. (maintenance completed by myself (mechanical enginerd) or the local mercedes/freightliner dealer)
Vanda Blue Color
144" Wheelbase / High Roof
3.83 axle ratio (excellent crusing rpm which yields great mpg: 20 city / 24 hwy)
Custom ECU tune with DPF and EGR Delete (still have the DPF if needed for inspection. ECU can easily be returned to stock with reflash.)
High Output alternator (270 amp)
Cruise Control
Steering wheel mounted audio controls
Dash LCD info screen
Auxiliary Battery (contractor package)
2 House batteries
Onboard 1200w inverter
Wizard battery managment and charger system
Fuse/breaker box in cabinets.
Microwave
Fridge
Oil pan and battery heater for cold weather starting
removable fouton couch/bed
removable 3 panel bed area (queen size)
T-slot tie down racks (both sides of van)
Numerous hook tie down anchors
Overhead storage cabinets
Overhead and side LED lighting and 3 additional work/reading lights
Removable center mounted jump seat
removable single post dining table
Side storage bin
Subwoofer behind drivers seat
Aux input jack with stock head unit
6 CD changer
Wired for Sirius/XM
Waterproof flooring
5 Coat hangers
Removable divider panel behind passenger seat.
Onboard propane heater and tank mounted on undercarriage. (Side fill service door and interior mounted gauge and thermostat)
Outdoor Shower (may need repair, last time I used it it would not get very hot)
Removable snap on window covers
1 fan powered roof vent
1 passive roof vent (will need replacement soon due to sun fading/potential cracking)
screened tilt window on side sliding door.
Front and rear mount 2" receiver hitches (for extra bike racks)
Rear door park tool bike repair stand
4 flush floor mounted tie downs (for motorcycles or hauling cargo)
1 Set of michelin LTX all season tires on gunmetal mercedes wheels.
1 Set of hankook I-pike winter tires on steel wheels.
Dash mounted Scangauge.

The van is virtually identical in layout to the espar power hauler shown on outside van's website minus the espar diesel heater, sink, front bumper and roof rack:

http://www.outsidevan.com/espar-power-hauler.php

This van of course is not in new condition, it shows signs of wear and tear but is mechanically solid. With the maintenance and mods I've performed I'm sure it's good to for another 300k miles as long as maintenance is kept up. With the ECU tune the van can not go into limp mode due to DPF or EGR issues which is critical on long road trips. Gas mileage is improved substantially also. I've had a few trips avg of upwards of 26mpg doing 70mph. This van does NOT require diesel exhaust fluid!

Minor issues include:

The paint is slightly faded on the roof/ parts of the hood. There is a small rust spot beginning on the drivers door and rear door opening (both can be easily repaired. Having my buddy who owns a body shop look at them this week)

Crack in windshield (will be replaced upon sale depending on price. of course this JUST showed up yesterday right when I'm thinking about selling the trusty van.)

This van is all setup and had any bugs worked out! All of the conversion work is high quality and durable. It's proven us very reliable and cost effective (the reason why will be buying another one) I hope there is someone out there who will enjoy it as much as we have

Are the helmets for when you have to sit in the 2nd row and bash your head into the corner of the fridge?
