Pretty sure it is a javier. I have seen a few come up and they are always in SD county, have mega miles on them and a very brief description with no details on the 4x4 conversion. The guy must sell a lot of them because he almost continuously has one listed.
I think U-Joint recently mentioned having a customer with a Javier and he said it wasn't the worst work he had seen. At least there was oil in the diffs that time.
If he can get that price, that might be a good business to get into. Buy a used Cruise America like that for $3,500, spend $16,500 on 4x4 and upgrades, and sell it for $50,000.
2008 Ford E-350 Quigley 4x4 V10 - 164,000 miles
RB50, PH Top, Dual AGM Group 27 Deka, 2000 Tripplite Inv., No Propane or Water Systems
Van Weight 8,100 pounds, added one rear leaf spring, BFG AT KO LT265/70R17 E Tire press 50psi.
Those cruise america's are not cheap! Last time I looked, they were $25k with 150k miles on them. Still, if hes paying $15k for the conversion, he can make $10k per van. Not a lot of work to just list them and show them.
