Might be worth it for $33.

Has some nice upgrades. Depends how hammered it is.
That ABS thing could be nothing major, but you won't be able to register it without Smog in the last 90 days and it certainly won't pass with an ABS light on.
That being said, pretty nice rig for the price considering what these things are commanding these days.

I'm wondering if the seller knows he's responsible for this.

I just remember reading that all vehicles getting transfered need a smog within 90 days. Not sure if it's the sellers responsibility or not, but you won't be able to register in Cali without it.

It's the seller's responsibility......I think there is a smog window on either side of the sale date......before or after..

I'd offer $30 and see where it goes.

Just smogged my rig last week with the abs light on. Passed with flying colors.
My understanding is if check engine light is on, instant fail.
Abs light, doesn't apply to smog test.

Yep. In CA, the seller is responsible for having it smogged and they then have 90 days to sell it. If it doesn't sell within 90 days, they have to get it smogged again, and so on.
