You should start seeing 2011 fleet vans coming up for sale soon as the 2014s roll out. I would expect a stock 3500 van to go for $18-20k. Those vans advertised don't have too many miles for a fleet van, so they might fall into the upper ranges. But that still means paying about $14k+ for Quigley conversion done 3 years ago.
My thoughts.... you can probably do better with a 2wd van and get it done new for less, or spend the extra $ on upgrades or a better 4x4 conversion.[/url]
