Seems like a good deal and nice blank canvas to build onto. Looks like SMB did the interior which I'm assuming is all insulated. No rear AC though!

Dang, that's a super nice one.
Swap in some second-row captain's chairs for that bench, and you've got a fine daily-driver/adventuremobile all-in-one.

Additionally....that would look simply great with the WeldTec or Agile treatment and some black wheels/bushwackers.
