2011 E350 SuperDuty V10 Quigley 4x4 (HellBetty)

https://www.rbauction.com/pdp/2011-f...r-van/12198226
^ Thank you for looking!

I’m not happy with Ritchie Bros because they did not specify details of her which I submitted to them… so I posting this.

Actually she has 5 seats- 3 rear seats bolt into original bench seat brackets. They have integrated seatbelts.

Upgrades by owner: please see below…

I’ll just post my answers to Bring A Trailer which soundly rejected her entry. *♀️ After that I actually chose the wrong auction format on Ritchie Bros but need to move her on anyhow. Buyer will get a good vehicle- She stills runs great. Last repair was a broken ground strap in fall 2023… other than that she has never left me stranded. YES she’s an Eastern vehicle. Around Ohio here we’d say she looks pretty good.

* How original is the vehicle? Are there any modifications from stock?
Quigley 4x4 conversion was performed in 2011. Agile Off Road Ride Improvement Package installed in 2017. ( 'RIP' kit has tuned Fox shocks + springs) Redhead Steering Gear Box (2017), BDS Dual Fox Steering Stabilizer, BuckStop (Reunal) rear bumper with inset RIGID lights, 2 swing arms w. full size spare carrier (2019) Front passenger swivel seat.

Has the vehicle had any history of paintwork or bodywork?
Yes, some bodywork.

Could you elaborate, what bodywork has been done exactly and why?
Lower body edge rust remediation @78k miles as shown in photos.

What issues or problems does it currently have?
(Be thorough - you don't want commenters to do this for you.)
Tire pressure sensor: running PSI at 55/75 for best ride quality. Next owner may reprogram PSI sensor if desired to reset TPS light.
Passenger Seat Belt sensor: Light remains on dashboard after replacing and troubleshooting wiring harness. Appears to be a typical E-series van issue.
Emissions systems code: Diagnosed at Ford dealership. Does not affect engine operation. Passed inspection in PA and WV.
Some headliner staining resulting from previous seepage (rear barn door door gaskets corrected).

Is there any rust present? If so, where is it located?
Rust present at undercarriage as shown in photos.

How extensive are service records?
Thorough service and upgrade records as shown in photos.

How long ago was the last service? What work was done?
Most recent service was performed on 13 May 2024 with an oil change and new spare tire mounted.

Anything else we should know?
Interior: Front passenger swivel seat. Original rear bench seats replaced with. Three (3 total) bucket seats with integrated seatbelts have replaced OEM bench seats. Buckets mount directly to the OEM bench seat floor bolt holes. Tan interior, rear seats are grey. Original carpet replaced with charcoal BedRug. Tinted privacy glass in all windows. Some plastic interior panels have been removed to allow fit of previous wooden bed and storage for camping purposes (bed removed).

Cooper Discover ATC tires (Nov-2020) LT265/70R17 Lower body rust remediation @78k miles * Irridium spark plugs @ 92k miles * rear brakes/rotors/cal @ 80700 mi * Front brakes/rotors/cal @approx 90k mi) * 1 spare manual key *Originally a Passenger van (bus) so includes functioning rear heat and AC vents. Dana 60 axle. Full float rear axle. OEM locking manual hubs.
Regular preventative maintenance performed

Error code Info:

Below is what I found in my service invoices.

Emissions Code: Fuel tank vapor code (related to fuel economy- small vacuum pump pressure threshold. Fuel oil system was smoked, no leaks found 2016
It is a sealed fuel system condenses vapor to fuel, Would need new charcoal system/hose/vapor line from dealer )

I had diagnostics run on engine light periodically to make sure that was all it was indicating which it was. No one ever wrote down the actual code # for me

TPMS code: One sensor is bad. May be the left rear tpms
PN 9L321A189A

I ran tires at 55 front 75 rear +\- per Quigley door tag. So that needs reprogramming in van chip also. Supposed to be easy but I never bought the tuner to do that.

Airbag code: b1213 Seatbelt pretensioner replaced but with the wrong one; needs replacing again with vin specific pretensioner
PN HC2215611R08BB

The tpms (2021 parts+ labor $165) and the passenger airbag (2021 parts+ labor $507) is quoted on the Byers Ford repair estimate I sent earlier….

Thanks for looking!

Thanks Eric- the auction closed and it did bring about what I wanted... had a member here and another friend contact me for more info than the listing had, which I was happy to send. When I tried selling regionally it was so tough to price her- not built out with interior or systems... few standard van V10s... etc.

So many great memories and conversations resulted from owning her tho! I'll think about posting an album of trip photos of HellBetty adventures.

I hung on to her because I really wanted a toy hauler and she's perfect for towing... Now I own a Tacoma and the options for that are pretty limited. I'm coming up with a design for a truck rack for bikes to see if my son the welder will take the job (and buy a small RV instead of toy hauler). He is sooo demanding, always wants drawings and specs when I have ideas

I may ultimately buy a larger truck- which are too darn expensive now (and probly never decreasing in price).
