2011 Ford F-550 Power Stroke Diesel 4x4 15 Passenger Bus F550 Van - $34950

Seemed like a good find, no affiliation. Anybody ever do a build with one of these?

I think that could be a great platform for a solo traveler to convert to a camper.

The forward bus door is a big downer for most shuttle buses however (trust me, I've thought about one) because your passenger can't sit up front.

Also, it turns out the f550 (and ram 5500) make terrible bus platforms. The frames kick up at the rear of the cab, so the floor of the bus is usually 2 steps higher than the floor of the cab. Combined with the shorter windshields means the passengers to totally blind pit of the front of the bus. I've seen some newer ones with an upper windshield too, but those are rare.

I would think a ski company/outfitter/shuttle type would jump all over this. Pretty cool truck.
Currently vanless. Weird.
