I won't convince Vanimal otherwise, just saying that it's unfair to apply the stereotype unilaterally. Happy to be in the supposed minority.

Well side stepping the Quigley discussion - the guy who bought it posted up in one of the fb groups and is a local CO guy that somehow had the luxury of deliberating on the decision for a few days. He plans on keeping it an using it vs flipping it.
