How is selling something for the price the market will bear “greed”? Should the person list it for less than it might bring to be a nice guy? I think it’s a stupid high price, sure, but I’m generally pretty cheap and can’t imagine spending $140k on a new van, but many folks here have done that and are happy with their purchase.

Indeed it is Doublevan2! Hopefully we are not setting the new norm.

Because it's not even rational. There is no way it's worth it. I know what free market means and I know that value is defined by that market to bring whatever the market will bear, but this is a price insanely high above the price of the van new, just because. It's just stupid to me. It's not selling for a little profit, it's just being greedy. People have momentarily lost their minds on things like this, buyers and sellers.

I have seen a $140k SMB (E-series). Hardly ever, if ever, seen one higher. This fool just added $50k to that why? #vanlife? Just a greedy bastard IMO.

My original post was my opinion and I stated it, like it or not.....and it doesn't just have to do with vans these days.

2013 Ford RB E350 Q4x4 $184,500

If you’re going to ask that much money for that rig, here’s my .05
It needs bigger tires, after all, 315’s are the new 285’s, then I think it’s worth every penny…..oh and solar! For frick sake, pre wiring is so 90’s, and so are those Rancho shocks…GLWS

I think that's the "my wife told me to sell it" price.

Hope seller gets their asking price because that translates to higher values for comparable rigs

Agreed. Or, based on some posts in this thread, maybe I should say A-greed.
