That’s an actual SMB Classic. Cutaway chassis with the wider composite box. Extremely rare - only 8 existed as of 4/25/21 per this thread:

The waiting list is like 4 miles long. Wouldn’t be surprised if they get that price.

I agree. While I think the price is excessive, it is a low mile V10 conversion, and it looks more modern inside than most SMB's. Too bad, as far as I know, it's still the standard Sportsmobile cabinet construction.

Just realized these SMB Classics with the fiberglass rear section do not have any gutters down the sides and only a length of ?? over the rear doors to divert rain.

Yep, does look like there may be one over the side doors, hard to tell for sure with the awning shadow.

Found a pic of the side doors and there is a drip rail across the top of the barn doors but does not extend beyond that. And no gutter on the driver side at all.
