4x4 Camper Van - $8500 (Truckee, CA)

http://wyoming.craigslist.org/cto/5090767262.html not mine, fellow snowboarder sell her custom home built van.

1982 Ford E350 Econoline Camper Van 4x4

I'm selling my big purple house on wheels! I'm really conflicted about this decision because I did the entire camper conversion myself to fit my lifestyle. I love it and it has served me well the last 4 years, but my current lifestyle is shifting and it might be time to find her another home with someone who will use her well. It's been all over the western US, mountains to beaches and everywhere in between. It's a very comfortable little home that can get anywhere. I hauled a snowmobile trailer with it the first winter and made it everywhere I wanted to go.

Like any older vehicle, it has its quirks which any interested buyer needs to take into consideration. The odometer hasn't worked since I got it. It reads 69k, but I have no idea what the actual mileage is. The gas gauge isn't accurate, but I figured out a system that works for me. I invested in the major repairs it needed (including rebuilding the engine) when I bought it so it would be reliable on the road. I lived in the van for about two years and still regularly take long cross country trips and, especially being a female, didn't want to deal with breaking down anywhere alone. I haven't had any major problems with it. But it's an 82 van so expect to stay on your toes.

Van Details:
- Less than 10k miles on Rebuilt Engine
- New Exhaust system
- New Drum Brakes under 1k miles
- New Spark Plugs/ wires
- All New Shocks
- Newer Fuel Pump
- Good tires

I've done a ton of work to this thing since I've owned it. I LOVE it!

Camper Details:
- Dickinson Propane Furnace w/ chimney
- Well insulated (stays warms and cool/ low noise)
- High top w/ roof vent
- Swiveling front seats
- Refridgerator
- Cooking counter
- Sink
- Interior was built to be easily removed in case of a remodeling
- Needs new Deep Cycle Battery for camper
