4x4 School Bus

Not mine, cool platform though.

Selling a 2009 Thomas C2/ Freightliner school bus. It has a four wheel drive Marmon-Herrington conversation installed by Simard Suspensions in 2009 at a cost of over $40,000. Mercedes diesel power with an Alison automatic transmission. Hydraulic brakes. Seats 60/40 passengers. New rear pads and rotors. All new winter tires. Only 75,000 kms. Brand new B. C. Safety done. Asking $41,995. Call for details.

After converting our maple syrup dollars that's only 31727.64 USD!

And people think the rear overhang on an EB Ford is bad! ;-)

Cool find, though. “Skoolies” are getting to be the new, hip conversion platform.

Oh man, I'm in love with that thing! There would be some chopping involved but that could be an awesome cabin on wheels! And on the proper side of the border for once! lol

I have a friend in Dayton NV who is building out a bus, a shorter version of a 1980's commercial Greyhound bus. A real ambitious project for the young man and his girlfriend, he's been at it for two years of evenings and weekends. It's great to see younger folks working so hard, he's making good progress.

That's a relief, because I'm OK to not be cool again.
