7.3 low miles, 4x4 not affiliated

I don't know who this is, but it looks like a pretty sweet deal for sure. If someone has already posted on here sorry for the repeat.

Anybody else notice the vehicle history shows odd odometer readings?

Date, mileage
1997, 25
1999, 86000
2002, 28640
2007, 67741

The 1999 number must be a typo considering it's a 1998 van?

Looked at this van in person this morning. Milage seems to be as stated. Clean body looks like some minor undercarriage rust that has been painted over. Interior is a bit beat up but overall not bad. Did not get to drive it but it started right up. im not super mechanically inclined so don't have much more info than that.

Doesn't look like a 1998 to me.... I'd be very skeptical of this one.

Yeah says it's a "late model nose" I'm definitely passing on it.

Description says 7.3 but the 'auto check' in vehicle history tab says 5.4, same VIN. No photo of the engine- C7Train can you confirm it's a deisel?

Also that grill style started in 2008 if I have it right.

8th character in the VIN, which is an "L" indicates is at least started life as a 5.4L from the factory.

Maybe a body swap?
