I just spotted this one on the Portland Oregon Craigslist.

With the new tranny I would bet the mileage has rolled over at least once.

If it truly is that few miles on the vehicle, a lot of seals could have dried up from non-use, which may have necessitated replacing the parts.

For that price though, it may not be a major risk.
