NOT MINE! Saw this clean-looking 1989 SMB posted in the Facebook SMB group. I don’t know the seller, but it seems he is only 10-15 miles from where I live. I’d be willing to check it out for a serious buyer. My van has a similar layout and it was very easy to add a third captain’s chair inside the barn doors if you are looking for that setup.

“Getting ready to list my van in the next week or so on ebay so I figured I'd offer it here first. Only reason I'm selling is because I need to replace a piece of equipment for my business to the tune of $40k. I just bought this van before the holidays and had big plans for it.
The details:
1989 extended body. 351 w/ C6 trans. Turned 75k miles on the drive home. Was converted from new. First owner put the majority of the miles on it then it was sold and sat in a collection for 20 years. I bought it off of a family friend. Original build sheet and manuals included.
Pros: Penthouse, double bed downs stairs, closet space, toaster over, double burner, fridge, shore power and inverter work good. All curtians included and new canvas up top. No leaks. A/c and heat work great. Newer tires. Very clean body for it's age. New rear tank and sending unit. PINSTRIPES!
Cons: The rear tank is the only tank working at the moment. When I bought it PO said the front tank wouldn't switch on and the transfer portion was missing. After investigating the transfer portion is indeed still there but has been bypassed. I just haven't had the time to mess with it. Some wear on the driver front seat. Some stains on the carpet.
Asking $8500 as she sits. This is a reluctant sale. Had big plans for her with me and my sons this summer but I can't make money without the right equipment.
