Couple quick observations:

1) Some of the "updated" body bits and pieces up front indicate a probable collision repair (and he does say a "minor fender bender" in the Q&A section when questioned about the repair history).

2) The rear seats were modified to fit the old quick release brackets. Those brackets do not have enough strength for integrated seat-belts.

The good however: 1) Powerstroke 2) Reman transmission which should mean it has the 4R100 mechanical updates 3) Mobility-van high-roofs are required to have integrated rollover protection.

I believe 95 is E4OD?
At least that's what I believe mine has...

And it's in Chula Vista. My guess is one of Javier's conversions...

That is correct. It will have an E4OD, however all Ford remans and any reputable rebuild will have the updated internals that the 4R100 has.

2005+ F250/350 with some fabricated frame-brackets. It looks like instead of building inset brackets to fit the radius arms to the wider E-series frame (ala QuadVan) they simply pried the radius arms apart forming a trapezoid instead of keeping them parallel. I imagine this would probably cause some suspension binding and extra stiction.
