Another nice SMB in Colorado. Diesel Chevy 4x4

Personally this is my favorite platform. Nice van and well priced.

Looks like the twin I called about at SMB down in Austin but was already sold .... down to the same basic mileage, onan generator, rear mounted tent, and white original paint (visible in wheel well)... wondering if its a flip (not a bad thing mind you they only wanted 29k for that one and I missed it) -- if so feels bad that I missed it at a deal when I would have actually used it vs just making a profit. But I am happy with the 7.3 I found :-)

I'm always a fan of the 4 captain's seat layouts.

100% agree, I needed it (or a forward facing rear bench, which is what I found).... Had I had the cash when this (or its twin assuming its not the same van) hit the market back in Jan I would have been flying to Texas. It hit all the checkboxes ...

4 captains seats (which I am researching now to add the 2 extra to my van -- the rear bench will work in the meantime)

onan gen (may or may not add that to my van but planned on it)

diesel (wanted the 7.3 PSD or 6.6 duramax)

4x4

etc.

I had hoped someone got a great deal and was out enjoying SMB life, but I suspect someone saw an opportunity to flip

Anyone interested in this should beware that though it looks like a 'full house' still with 4 capn's chairs that rear gaucho is probably 4' long at most. Maybe even less. It is an RB van.

Looks good though. "Over 100k to recreate". For how many? 2? 3?

Continuing on the assumption that this is the zebra van shown above, and based on the original add that I tried to pursue, it is a Quigley conversion

It's probably a Advanced 4X4 out of SLC. pretty much the only one who would do a used chevy a few years ago. there are a few more now. of course Quigley would have done it if it was new.
