Anyone in Tampa willing to check 1996 Dodge for me?

There is a 1996 sportsmobile on Ebay and is located in Tampa. I'm a 1000 miles away and can't get down there before the auction ends. Would someone be willing to check it out for me?

This van has come up on several different posts lately here on the Forum. I would suggest you do a search through the old posts. Since the van has not "sold" yet on Ebay, it seems like it has SCAM written all over it.

I don't think it's a scam. I bid on it before and was the second highest bidder. The highest bidder didn't take it and I was offered the second chance. But because I didn't feel confident about buying it sight unseen, I didn't take the offer. So, if anyone is willing to check it out, I'd sure appreciate it.

Assuming it runs and drives, looks like a pretty good deal. The seller has plenty of positive feedback.

At $3800 the risk isn't too high. The interior and top alone are probably worth that.

I would be sure to have them take a number of pictures of the underside. Usually they don't take those pics as they want to hid the rust from everyone.

Get those pics before bidding..... just my 2 cents
