AWD, Very Low Mileage 2013 GMC Camper Van with Roomy Pop Top Camper Roof!
(Not mine)
Look at this great deal.......a Very Hard to Find Rig....at a very good price.
All Wheel Drive, Very Low Mileage Camper Van with Roomy Pop Top Camper Roof!
2013 GMC Savana Full Sized Van (stored in AZ, no rust in the desert!).
With power roof vents, 12v fridge, swivel seats, stove and sink.
“AWD Colorado Camper Van pop up sleeping quarters above. We put in lots of upgrades: swivel seats, inverter, 6 ply tires, super vent fan, electronic door openers, refrigerator, et al.
A nice feature is the 2 passenger seats that go in the back. We currently have them out because we wanted extra downstairs sleeping but that bedding platform can be easily removed. Price is $26,000.”

Not a fan of the windows installed but otherwise a good rig.

I’ve talked to the very nice, older retired couple selling this van. Due to their age, they’ve simply not been able to get the use out of this sweet rig that they’d planned on when they bought it.
This van was originally listed by them two years ago for $37,000.
At the new price, this seems like a bargain to me.
And, a comment about the windows.....with the top down and those “conversion van” windows, this would seem to work pretty well as a stealth camper too.

The Price differences
As I mentioned, this van was originally listed by the sellers two years ago for $37,000.
They made an error originally in the current listing of the van this time, and posted it at the too low price of $20,000.....that was way undervalued and they were advised that someone would probably just buy it and the turn around and flip the van at that price. It made much more sense for them to make that money than for a flipper to do it.
So they rightfully decided to amend the ad and so raised the price....(and it’s still a very good bargain to me, based on the comps I’ve looked at)....anyway, the $25 vs. $26 was just confusion from posting and reposting it.

I agree. With those low miles, the AWD and CCV top, I think that's a great price, but will add that it's really hard to get much of a feel for the interior and layout with the limited photos in the add.

Market value for the cargo van alone with the low miles is probably $18k, so I'd concur that its a good deal for someone looking for this setup. Low mile AWD Express' are getting harder and harder to come by.
I'd be curious to know if it had an LP tank installed or if the cooktop is just off of 1 lb cylinders. It would be a big bonus if the LP tank was in. I recall seeing this one for sale before at the higher price to, but don't recall all the details.
Glad they were able to get their price adjusted to a very reasonable amount - it is still a great deal IMO if this is the setup you are after. (yes, I am biased to this configuration!)

I'd say so... 5yr old all-wheel drive camper van w/low miles in AZ owned by an older couple? $26k sounds like a score to me

And it sold. Received a text back from the seller. Good deal for the buyer.
