North Carolina plates. Which makes me wonder about "recently passed smog." Which state's?

The I-6 is a good engine, nearly as powerful as the 302 V-8 and simpler -- but in '86 I think it was carbureted, which can make it tough to pass CA smog checks.
The fuel economy figures seem highly optimistic. The best I've ever seen from an Econoline was 19 mpg highway, and that was a passenger van. Fuel economy plummets in town.
Seems like a decent price for a van with that little mileage on it, though. I paid close to that for one with half again as many miles.
My biggest reservation is that's a lot of weight for an E-150 chassis.
