I like the service body style with the exterior compartments, a side opening door, and what looks to be a flat roof if someone were to add a pop-top. Pretty poor departure angle however.

This would be the one. I saw CCV post a pic on IG of a service body van with one of their pop tops. Looks good and super functional with all the storage compartments.

I forget, what year did the 7.3 switch from naturally aspirated to a turbo?

1988-1992 was N/A IDI (Although it specifically says 1992 for E-Series)
1992-1993 was T/C IDI (And specifically says 1993 for E-series)
1994+ was T/C PSD.

... If you want to believe Wikipedia.

Intercooled and other accessories I believe were different. I don't think it was intercooled until... 1998 or 1999?

Forged bits were... 2001-2002 I think?

7.3 vans were never intercooled.

Huh, must've been something I saw local here to the SMB Forum as a "project build". I'll link it if I can find it again.

Edit-- Here:http://www.sportsmobileforum.com/for...3-a-23279.html

I see you were already there though!

Scratch the intercooling then!

While on the topic of strange craigslist finds.... How about this... 'thing' for $4K?

https://houston.craigslist.org/cto/d...842888956.html

With 300K mi it's probably not that great of a deal, but, I suppose it's one way to turn a big box-ambulance into a toy hauler.

Pretty cool setup for a hot shot or race car hauler.
