CCV in Tennessee Opinions

A friend of mine in the Portland, Orego area is interested in this van. I know CCV makes great pop tops but what about their conversions? Also, anybody have any experience with Promasters? What do you guys think?

That price actually seems like a reasonable price for something so new and fully equipped. The only downside is the rear bench doesn't have seat belts so keep that in mind if your friend plans on taking friends or family in that rig.
