Clean "ready to go" van in Carlsbad

Not mine but I looked at it on Friday.

It was a company vehicle for a surf active sports company. I don't think it was ever used for camping.

Hey, what did you think of that one? I've got a buddy in Long Beach that I was trying to get interested in it.

Looks pretty darn clean and well taken care of. In particular --- did you drive it....?

I did not drive it but I did talk to the owner and looked at the inside. I saw it in the parking lot when I was at my sign contractor.

If someone is looking for a "ready to go" rig, this is pretty clean. It is not a project.

They have a lot more than $30,000 into it with the Aluminess bumpers and the interior build out.

Maybe I'm having deja vu, but I swear this was posted last year... I still couldn't see paying that for a 15 year old 2wd, with a sliding door at that, but good luck to them!

I think you're right, that does look familiar. Personally though, I do think it's a competitive price depending on the motor. I don't see any mention of the motor, other than it's gas.

It was wrapped in a black ZootSports ad until just recently.

I am the one selling the Camper in Carlsbad, CA. My company purchased in 2014 and have had it wrapped in "Zoot" until recently. We used it on display for a few shows and have never camped in it. In 2014 it was totally re-done inside and outside at 103,000 miles and now only has 116,000.
Price is negotiable.

I may have a friend interested, but after talking to him I told him I would reach out for some additional info. Two questions that need to be answered:
1. Zoot Carlsbad (Shawn): What engine?
2. For anyone in the know: Tried a search, but wasnt able to discover the answer...Did I read somewhere that you can purchase some type of hardware that allows the sliding door to open out far enough to allow for the fender flairs?
Thanks

I think several of the 4x4 outfitters sell the extended bracket/arm for sliding doors. I want to say even Vantage Optics might have them for sale?
