E-350 V10 Chase Van on Ebay

Not mine but saw this on Ebay. Thought it was a pretty cool idea fashioning the filp-up windows out of the originals. Anybody tried that?

I used to pull the lower latch of my rear pop out windows so I could pass extra long lumber out the back while still keeping the rear doors shut. A little hard on the weatherstripping, but it worked.

A gas strut would make this idea a slick one.
